TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
By booking services with Barron Media, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all photography, videography, drone, and media services provided by Barron Media.
1. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, or other methods as specified at checkout.
• A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned or failed payments.
• Prices are subject to change. Quoted rates are locked in at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is shoot-ready at the scheduled appointment time. This includes but is not limited to:
• All interior lights turned on
• Clutter, personal items, and vehicles removed from view
• Garage doors closed unless otherwise discussed
• Pets secured and off-premises
• Property unlocked and accessible to Barron Media at the scheduled time
If the property is not ready and the shoot cannot proceed, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 48+ hours before scheduled shoot: Free reschedule, no charge.
• 24201348 hours before scheduled shoot: Free reschedule, no charge.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: A $100 flat fee will be charged.
To cancel or reschedule, contact Barron Media directly via phone or text. Cancellation fees are non-negotiable and exist to protect time that has been reserved exclusively for your booking.
4. Weather & Drone Policy
Exterior and drone shoots are weather-dependent. Barron Media reserves the right to reschedule exterior or drone portions of any shoot due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (rain, high winds, low visibility, etc.).
• Weather rescheduling initiated by Barron Media: No charge to the client.
• All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
• Drone flights may be restricted in certain airspace. Barron Media will notify the client if drone service cannot be performed at a location.
5. Photo & Video Delivery
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeframe specified at booking, typically within 24–48 hours of the completed shoot.
• Deliverables will be provided via an online gallery or download link.
• Download links expire after 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download and save all files before expiration. Barron Media is not responsible for files that are not downloaded within this window.
• Rush delivery may be available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.
6. Usage Rights & Licensing
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use all delivered media for MLS listings and real estate marketing purposes related to the specific property photographed or filmed.
• Images and videos may not be sold, transferred, or sublicensed to third parties without written permission from Barron Media.
• Barron Media retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos produced.
• Barron Media reserves the right to use any delivered media for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
7. Editing & Revisions
All photos are professionally edited and color-corrected. Standard editing is included in all packages.
• Minor revision requests (exposure, color balance) are available within 48 hours of delivery at no additional charge.
• Requests for extensive re-editing, item removal, or virtual staging are subject to additional fees.
• Barron Media does not alter images in a manner that misrepresents the property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Barron Media will take reasonable care while on-premises. However, Barron Media is not liable for:
• Pre-existing property damage
• Equipment malfunctions beyond reasonable control
• Delays or losses caused by third-party platforms used for delivery
In the event of equipment failure that prevents delivery of the full scope of services, Barron Media’s liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected services.
9. Agreement
By completing a booking with Barron Media, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
